Dave Palumbo is $1500/year or a bit less if you don’t need to pester him with text and phone calls. Sometimes his responses might seem canned but he is actually looking at your update photos and making recommendations.
I am likely to renew for another year. If you need actual coaching during training at the gym, you need a resident trainer. Good luck with that. Pretty much all the trainers I see at my gyms are total wankers and downright dangerous sometimes. Plenty of the “I haven’t competed but I could if I wanted to.” types.

Jerry ward is another you could look into bios3training.com his website he’s been around for awhile as well, reasonably priced and actually works with you not just cookie cutter plans like a lot of jerk offs do, good luck shopping around.

If you’re going to do it, then pay a bit extra and get the best. Personally I think Bleu Taylor is one of the best in the game. He consistently turns clients into freaks and is a 24/7 all access coach who customizes your plan according to what you need

If clients choose not to work with me I always say go work with my buddy Bleu Taylor. I won’t state his prices but he’s good.
I’m 24:7 through text and phone calls, everything is completely custom
3 mo is 450, 6 mo 800, 9 mo 1050, and 12 mo 1200.
