im at 204 lbs eating like im a 185lbs person trying to lose fat and hadnt met my goals this week i do two days of weights and one day of cardio lost 6 pants sizes. i just started to eat like a 170 lb person trying to lose fat. i change calories wheni lose weight my calories go down. haven't lost strength gains yet so im doing well been subsiding on fat bombs and chicken with good ketone readings in my urine anyone have a good way to keep up the fat loss i want to reach my goals my the end of august started mid august down 72lbs close to .5lbs a day fat loss with strength increase of 100% on curl weight and 30% on bench weight also i am using the lowest calorie keto algorithim to calculate my calories that i have found on the ultimate keto diet webpage i can post the exact url is you like
