I changed my keto formula using a variation of the ultimate ketogenic diet web page it had a lower calorie intake then other keto formulas i had used so i tried and it is doing well. I surpassed my fat loss goals last Tuesday my weigh in day. hoping to make it to my goals this week also im going to post keto fat bomb made from own recipe
Ingredients
ethritoyl 2 cups
1/2cup almonde flour
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 bar sams club 90% dark chocolate
1 cup cup for cup sugar replacement stevia
and almond or cashew milk 1/4cup
in double boiler melt chocolate with almond milk and stevia
melt butter mix with ethritoyl and peanut butter and butter together
measure 1/4 cup per cupcake paper and top with sweet chocolate from double boiler
should make 18 at 29 grams fat 1 gram protein and 3 carbs per serving 18 servings
