What's y'alls opinions on a 5000 cal clean bulk with these stats? My cycle is:
Week 1-4
Dbol 50mg ED
Week 1-16
Test E 600mg EW
Week 10-16
Tren A 400mg EW
My diet is extremely clean. No processed foods, eating every 2 hours on the dot. Last cycle which was the same cycle was 3800cal clean bulk. Blew up 50lbs, went from 11-12%bf to 6-7% once the tren came into play. Had to leave the gym for two years and coming back 25 lbs heavier than my starting weight pre juice. Still lean and in great shape. I work a seasonal job and only work November-february, so I dont expend many calories outside of the gym.
I'd say yes...for me...in my eyes you don't need that many calories for your weight. I ate 5000 calories 230 + pounds how to put on weight and I don't know if you have a eating 5000 calories a day before but it's quite taxing. So if you were able to get away with putting on 50 pounds or 3500 calories I was just bump it up to 4000 and see if you can do the same if not making progress where you want halfway through pump it up another five 100. But in my eyes are is no need to be eating 5000 calories
Hope that made sense. Talk to text sucks with my accent

5000 calories is extremely taxing. I dont have much else to do all day, but it just seems like I eat then start preparing for the next meal. I just wasnt sure how the pro's vs cons would stack up.
Here's how I view it. You can only tear your muscles so much and your body can only absorb so much protein at a time. So dudes that are like "I'ma get 70+ grams of protein a meal!" Yet weigh in at 185lbs I feel is unadvisable because your body is putting a lot of the protein to fat stores Because of your body's natural inability to uptake such nutrient overload.
I made it to 225 lbs at 6ft at 12% by never eating more than 30-35 grams of protein a meal for 4-6meals a day.
Definitely more pros to starting low. Also, for me at least, no matter how low of sodium you go I still got bloated from eating 5k+ Cal's a day

Pretty much what I was thinking. When you are at 12% BF, getting down another 5% to 7% is a struggle just to not LOSE muscle and that’s where drugs really come into play. Gaining is a delusional dream during a “cut” like that, let alone 50 pounds.
I could take 100mg of anadrol and eat 5 grams of salt a day and I still wouldn’t gain more than 30 lbs and I’d look like a swole Jabba the Hut.
I want to help people and the last thing I want is to castigate anyone but first I need them to step out of what must be some delusional, dysmorphic world. So many folks can’t seem to grasp that what they see and think of themselves is often far detached from reality.
But as to the post...
In 1989-91 I ate around 5000 calories using John Parrillo’s “new” diet plan which was 60/30/10 carbs/protein/fat.
Clean? It was fish/chicken, broccoli and brown rice with some CapTri, which is now proliferated as MCT.
Because I was only doing personal training of 10 sessions total per week, I had a flexible schedule. Why did this matter? Because I was either eating or shitting all the time.
5000 on a keto diet would be easier but you’ll still be eating and shitting all the time.
You asked for advice so here it is:
Post a typical diet for one or two days (if you are rotating) and let us see what you are consuming. I have have found the idea of “clean diet” is extremely varied.
Again, not to bash you. We just need you to be real.

I don't have anything to gain by lying. I ran my girst cycle a couple months into working out under the supervision of someone much more experienced and kept it simple. Made a great recovery, no bad sides at all, responded very well.

Brother take that picture down, delete that post or something. Don’t ever post a face pic
And yes your lean as fuck, I can see it. 6% bf is really low, maybe 10%, 10s awesome 10 is low a lot of people miscalculate their BF, I competed, looked like a skinned rabbit and was 10. Your physique you can get really ripped , good luck brother
