No one thinks your are lying. Mistaken or confused? Yes. If you went from that small to that muscular and shredded doing one cycle, I would consider that a mistake as well. No one that skinny (or as young as you appear) should be using gear. So much can be gained without gear when you start from there.

There’s not 50lbs new tissue on there and then losing 4% body fat dropping probably 20lbs also? 70lbs of tissue moved around in a 3-4 month period you look great. I don’t think you need 5k unless you’re Michael Phelps. Unless you’re blessed with a metabolism on fire.

I’m sure that’s what the local gear vendor would say. If I sold gear to every guy looking like that “before” pic, I’d have enough money....well, I’d at least have to pay for a ding in my karma.
I’ve had big fucker virgins who hit plateaus asking me about big cycles. I tell them Test and some Dbol or similar. You will never grow like that first dip of your toe into the hormone world.
And you sure as hell cant expect 50lbs of muscle and a 5% BF loss. (facepalm)

Nobody puts on that kinda lean mass in their first cycle, that kinda lean mass takes years of tren, gh and a lot of gear.My first cycle was dball which as soon as I finished my cycle I pissed it out lol. I got ripped after 10 years
And any of you newbies that think you’ll look like that after your first go round your delusional, don’t happen, and seeing the poster hasn’t responded I tend to think he’s full of shit too. You don’t even know how to lift yet , it’s not gonna happen

5000 cals at 185? Perhaps you need to work your way up before jumping straight to 5k my dude. Everyone is different, you can reverse diet your way to that many cals over years and years but if you do that straight away you're going to gain a lottttttttttt of fat. The types of food you eat makes no difference. Only thing that matters is overall calorie intake and sufficient protein.
