I use subway quite a bit and Mexican food, focusing on chicken burritos and/or beans. Or, when I'm really on it, I pack turkey sandwiches.

im kinda the same, subway, bbq, chicken fajitas, etc I'm curious to see what other people do i could use new ideas haha
I pack all my meals. Usually grilled chicken with brown rice n soy sauce.
Low-carb wraps / tortillas with deli sliced turkey or chicken breast. Some spicy mustard (low / no carb) and BAM! Portable anabolic feast
I'm on the road a lot. Usually I prep all my food ahead of time, but, if I have to eat out I try to keep my nutrients as close as possible. If I'm at a gas station, I'll grab a quart of milk. Sometimes, if I get fast food, I'll buy some burgers off the dollar menu and toss the buns. If I find a grocery store (every town has one) I can usually get a whole cooked chicken for the price of a fast food meal. I always put my protein needs first and add everything else after. I hope some of this helps.
I buy Met Rx protein bars at my local supermarket. They are only two dollars a bar and have thirty grams of protien with almost zero carbs. They do have about eight grams of saturated fat per bar . The peanut butter crunch is out of this world. It tastes better than any candy bar I have ever had.
Also...roast beef sub on multi grain bread with lettuce ,tomatoe and mustard. I just take the top of the sub roll off and eat it like that.
I can be on the road a good bit for work, traveling
Burrito bowls are always a good choice, hell sometimes I get the actual burrito.
Subway is a good choice for a decent and not to bad meal depending on what you have made.
I travel a lot for my sport comps. I usually bring a lot of shakes and healthy snacks like various nuts and dried fruit.
I don't like subway at all anymore. I think their sandwiches barely have any meat. if I want a sub, I try to find a Quiznos.
arby's is ok. The roast beef sandwiches are pretty good if you don't eat the buns.
McDonalda, only thing I get there is grilled chicken sandwiches and grilled chicken snack wraps.
