It ultra filtered and has 13gm protein per cup vs 8/9 in regular milk. Also all the lactose sugars are removed. It tastes like the best milk ever! I use their choc milk for post workout shake.

Use rice krispies post workout. Look at the ingredients
Why not eat white rice or use cream of rice, Hershey's sugar free syrup, protein powder, and liquid stevia in it? Stuff is awesome

What is "healthy". This word is so misused by many. Healthy.. "compared to what?" As layne norton would say. Compared to a chocolate bar? As far as i can tell. Every food has an up an down side if too much is consumed. The best diet is the one you can stick to. With that said, if eating 200g of fruit loops is easier for you to stick to compared to 400g of a food you don't like. Then the fruitloops is now the superior food
