Don’t like oatmeal. What’s the best breakfast cereal for healthy carbs? I’d eat that and a protein shake for breakfast.

6 Ancient grains @ Walmart and Whole Foods. It is made in Blaine, WA by a great company. I buy the bulk bag.

You like Fruit Loops? Try Love Grown “Sea Stars”. Not as sweet but are bean based and delicious. Vegan too. Nothing but real food in their product. I think they have a few other similar to nasty cereals like a Cocoa Puffs.

I eat cereal every post workout. 50g - 70g. Some people have a problem with alcohol or drugs, mine is cereal. I seriously can't stop!
Fruity pebbles
Fruit loops
Golden Grahams
Special k red berries
Honey nut cheerios
The list goes on and on.
