      Ugh. I am totally against keto. Some people might praise for it but I think if you want to put on muscle and lose fat, I wouldnt say do keto. I am no professional of course but I don't think any diet that cuts something completely out is good.

      Do you have some stats? And where you want to be?

      I'm 25, 5ft 10in I weigh 210 and want to drop around 15lbs. I did the keto diet in January for a month and lost 15lbs but got tired of eating the same food for the whole month then about halfway through January I started a gym membership and being going ever since

      Usually workout in the morning then I eat oatmeal in the morning then for lunch I eat a salad then for dinner usually whatever the wife makes. Usually something with chicken or beef then rice and some vegetables. Then I eat an apple and a banana a day too
