Oh yeah, and the flu. I’ve had the flu all week and lost 8lbs, with no cardio!

I guess I am the only one who would say hiit is better then steady state. You will burn more calories over all. Plus without using gear I think fasted cardio could lead to some muscle loss.
That yohembi makes me sick too. It doesnt sit with me at all. You could always add in an eca stack too. This will assist in burning more calories overall too.

Reminds me of the people who starve themselves lean and then get right back to fluffy and then cant lose anymore because they damaged their metabolism.
Quick fixes give quick temporary results.

Is fasted cardio not eating and then doing cardio on an empty stomach? If so how long should I go without eating for a good fasted cardio?

Started hiit yesterday. I actually kind of like it, it’s at least more fun than just walking for a half hour. A bit better on my knees than running steady too. The fat is coming off but it’s a process. I’m not ready to bring in drugs yet, but eventually here I’m gonna go test/tren. I’d like to get leaner without first.
Ive spent the past couple years not really caring about appearance, only lifting for strength. So much easier than trying to be pretty!
