Ive spent the past couple years not really caring about appearance, only lifting for strength. So much easier than trying to be pretty!
I guess an eca stack is technically drugs lol. But it's just efedrine caffeine and baby aspirin haha.

Work your calories back up to maintenance and sit there for awhile. I personally would never be in a deficiency of too much for more than a 12 week max. Reverse dieting and dieting breaks are just as important as the actual dieting.
Isn't most of our goals to eat as much as possible and still look good . I dont think anyone wants to always be on low calories or constantly starving for results.

When I'm pressed for time I'll hit 100 burpees. Ten sets of ten with the sets pretty close together. It's served me well but the steady state has produced good results too plus the steady state serves as a good stress reducer for me!

Yeah I’ve run EC several times years past. Right now I’m taking diet/cardio as far as I can then bring in gear, maybe dnp

I use an exercise bike for cardio and do two sessions per day(one predated, one post workout) as i cut for a show. heart rate at 125-135 bpm. no more no less. Weight comes off

I've found that if you can keep your heart rate at 125 - 135 bpm for about an hour a day helps shed fat quickly. At least for me

I wish I had an hour a day. I do spin class 2x a week though which is 1 hour each plus my hiit solo.
