Cardio and fat loss
What are the opinions of the “sweet spot” for cardio with the sole focus on fat loss? High intensity? Slow and steady? How often? How long?
I find I have the most luck with running, however my knee really won’t put up with it much. So I’m looking for an alternative. I’d love to know what others are doing.

So far I have done best by slow and steady. My speed on the Lifetime Elliptical at my gym is about 3.7. I do some serious sweating and feel its not too fast where as I would burn muscle.

For me personally..... Fasted cardio is best for fat loss... Of course diet is key to everything and what compounds you are running...

Is fasted cardio not eating and then doing cardio on an empty stomach? If so how long should I go without eating for a good fasted cardio?

Right now just thinking solely about cardio. Diet is solid, no gear being used at this time. Trying to take my fat loss as reasonably far without drugs before adding them in.

Omg, someone who has the steps correct. Do everything u can to help your individual situation BEFORE bringing in drugs. So many r lazy & do the opposite. Their gains, if any, won't last & most likely will end up with lifelong health issues. Kudos to you Big Ragu!

I appreciate the words. I don’t believe there’s a right or wrong way to go about this, it’s just for me, right now, I’m trying to take shit a bit more serious than I have in the past. Basically try to make the right moves so I stick to them. Gear will be my “treat” so to speak for a job well done.
But dont get me wrong, I’d love to hop on dnp at this very moment followed up with a nice test/tren run!

Reminds me of the people who starve themselves lean and then get right back to fluffy and then cant lose anymore because they damaged their metabolism.
Quick fixes give quick temporary results.
