Whole vs Fat Free Dairy for Anabolism
I have after all these years of cycling and training have wondered which type of dairy(milk,yogurt,cottage cheese,kefir,etc)
yields a better overall anabolic environment? I usually switch to zero dairy when dieting for photos or comp. but hate it. Your personal thoughts??

I just started making kefir again with raw milk yesterday. Seems to be allot of doctors these days are supporting fats instead of being against them like the current standard of care.

The only thing ive really done that's been a change is I switched the organic milk because there is research that supports the idea that nonorganic cow products like beef, milk, etc negatively affect natural testosterone levels.
I also eat the triple zero Greek yogurt for the protein and probiotics
