      I'm up at 140 doing fasted cardio. I'm actually use to it lol. Most days I don't sleep worth a shit. Today was refeed day, so hoping I sleep for the next two nights and back to no sleep. Everytime I cut, I get NO SLEEP due to lack of food

      What do you recommend for carb refeed? What kind of food and how many grams?

      for years now.. after every single workout..
      is my cereal..
      USUALLY lucky charms.. but occasioanly change it up if the girls get something different and i run out

      Radman when or what part of the day can you get away with eating a whole fucking pizza? I looooove pizza and haven't had any in 3 months... Also how big a bowl is that cereal bowl and do you use whole milk or 2%??

      Just figure out how many carbs you want post workout and go by that. Cereal, pixie sticks, gatorade, gummy bears it's all fast absorbing dextrose. You could also just buy dextrose and use that, but that's no fun. I need my gummy bears!

      Edit: only certain cereals and certain gummy bears. also corn syrup is pretty much dextrose...I'm pretty sure. Not high fructose corn syrup just regular corn syrup.

      Any time of the day! But usually midnday somi can slide another meal in later!!

      right now i’m pounding about 75gs of Lucky charms with 260ml of fatfree fairlife milk..
      try to limit fats post workout as much as possible...

      I had that refeed and ended up gaining 4lbs. I woke up so veiny. I think from having the treats is what hurt me. I felt good, till I had those. Felt bloated after. I know most of it is water weight. 4lbs uncommon with your clients?

      I don't have the best genetics. When I used ceral, I used rice krispies. I use chocolate iso protein. So I would mix it up in water and dump it on them with truvia lol

      Right now I use cream of rice. I add protein powder, liquid stevia, and 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup

      In my experiences..

      nothing is ‘common’ in this game..
      the pizza is just what works for ME..
      the trick is finding YOUR ‘set point’..

      sounds like its too much sodium for you unfortunately..
      may have to scale back..
      try a different ‘cheat food’ if you will..
      tacos?!
      Drink more water the follow up day..
      and fast for a bit (12-18hrs is good)

      I agree with part of what rad says. Keep in mind, he’s already a lean mean freak. He’s got a little room for forgiveness. He’s right about the multiple meals and sodium. Lower the sodium. I eat 8 meals a day if you count intra and pre workout. I don’t cheat, but I eat about 3700 calls/ day of very lean foods.
      I’d keep carbs centered only around workouts. Maybe some oats in your shake for the last meal of the day.
      Your gonna have to find what is best for your body. Ten dudes will give you ten different answers. I’d personally eat more food.
