I’d suggest to reduce carbs, especially the simple ones. I would increase protein in making chicken 6 Oz., eggs whites to 5. What are “veggies”? Leafy or cruciferous vegetables only. Cut out fruit. Eliminate the banana and oatmeal pre workout or eliminate the Carbion.
Your post workout shake should just be protein (whey isolate). You’ll be eating soon after working out anyway, right?
Also, start thinking in terms of weight, grams for example. Measure in weight of product to get the desired amount of net macros. The only “scoop” measurement I use is for protein, which is 32g/scoop. 1 1/2 scoops gives me what I want without weighing.
