when i got down to 5% BF i was getting up at 4am (used to be 5:30am)

and i was up to 1hr fasted walking on the treadmill every single fucking day..

some people i have ‘coached’ even needed cardio twice a day..

the slow digesting carbs as a first meal will fire up that metabolism..eventually
yiu may have to pull carbs from everywhere except post workout..
and rely on carb up days to saturate ..

I'm up at 140 doing fasted cardio. I'm actually use to it lol. Most days I don't sleep worth a shit. Today was refeed day, so hoping I sleep for the next two nights and back to no sleep. Everytime I cut, I get NO SLEEP due to lack of food
