Shred help
Need help tweaking my diet. What was once melting lbs of fat off of me is now my maintenance.
Test 150mg a week
NPP 150mg a week
Anavar 75 mg daily
I usually eat 2100 calories
Macros are screen shotted
Jan 1st I was 200lbs 18 20 percent bf
March 15th I'm mow 185lbs 12 15 percent bf
My goal is 180 9 percent bf
I superset and do HIIT every other day and standard weight training 5 6 days a week.
I think I just need to tweak my diet. Will someone experienced in diet please help me out.
I also have primo and clen on hand. But I'd rather incorporate that when my goal is hit.

Well brother I will say this. And first remember I am not a diet expert cause I can be a fat fucker when I want to be. Is that pic in your Avi current. Just curious. Now if you are looking to keep dropping weight I do t think your diet is keeping you from it. Your diet looks ok. How much cardio are you doing. Maybe you can add a little extra. And your not even running a shit ton of gear. You are at a trt dose even less of test and the NPP is nothing. It can be you just stalled . When is the last time you had a re Feed. Or a cheat meal/day. Sometimes just a little shock to the system can get your metabolism fired back up again. i dont think adding in any other compounds is going to help you at this point. I mean of course Clen and maybe t3/t4 can help a little but why use them if you don’t have too. You can try taking out a scoop of pb out of your day. Or maybe the gummy bears. But I don’t even think you need to do that.. I am not sure but I think you are just above your maintain s calories. Grind out a little more cardio and see how that goes. And the only reason why I asked you about the pic is you look pretty lean in it.

That pic of me is after a tren cycle I was 10 percent bf. So I def had more muscle and less fat
Tren made me a paranoid insomniac so I dont want to touch it again. I do a cheat day once a week. Usually lots of pizza or bbq. The following morning I do a fasted workout with cardio.
I'm just a little stuck. I'll try and add a little bit more HIIT, no pain no gain right? I could eat less. But being 6 1 and skinny I feel like under 2100 calories I'll wither away to nothing.
But thanks for checking in. I have until July to smash my goals that leaves with a little room for trial and error.

i made a few changes to your ‘diet example’
fats and carbs just need to be timed a little
better is all...
u may need to adjust length of cardio and scale back the intensity..
i prefer alot more steady state when getting leaner as apposed to hiiy style..need to save as much good tissue as possible..
*what kind of job are you doing?
Physical? Office job?
*like Bash stated.. when is the last cheat meal u had?
may be due? Are u depleted?
*the use of clen will really help out... thats all you would need.. Clen $ caffiene..

I workout at 5pm everyday that's why my carbs are in the afternoon.
I also feel better working all day with minimal carbs. I am willing to switch it up though.
I work for a security integrator so I am on my feet all day walking around. I usually get 6 to 10k steps in. Light work usually.
Fasted cardio would have to be at 3 am since I already wake up at 4am everyday. But I've done it before!
I cannot run for long periods of time I get so bored and it kills my joints! Maybe I could add in a little bit of regular cardio. I'm willing to do what it takes coach!

i work construction myself..
when i got down to 5% BF i was getting up at 4am (used to be 5:30am)
and i was up to 1hr fasted walking on the treadmill every single fucking day..
some people i have ‘coached’ even needed cardio twice a day..
the slow digesting carbs as a first meal will fire up that metabolism..eventually
yiu may have to pull carbs from everywhere except post workout..
and rely on carb up days to saturate ..
give this a try and see how you feel bro..

I'm up at 140 doing fasted cardio. I'm actually use to it lol. Most days I don't sleep worth a shit. Today was refeed day, so hoping I sleep for the next two nights and back to no sleep. Everytime I cut, I get NO SLEEP due to lack of food
