A meal 1 hour p/w. Myosine injection 45min pre workout on leg days, 1 scoop of jacked 30min pre workout (if I'm feeling lazy) and a ml of TNE if Im running short esters.

I've always went with half a pot of black coffee and some whey....maybe some carbs early if I'm training a lil later then usual...but as far as pre w/o drinks...the stuff is brutal on your insides man...... BRUTAL.... as far as chemical compounds...nothing like some good old TNE or suspension =)
Liked Jack3d, and C4 too. Trying Mr. Hyde now, jury still out on that one.

I have tried the new jacked 3d. to be honest I wasn't impressed.. I rotate between ac/g3 and this new stuff my buddy who works for GNC had samples of. It's called "Pump HD". WOW its some good stuff. I feel the effects for at least 3 hours. I'm not sure if it's even on the market yet, but I recommend trying it.
