From what I have read I would think that 500mg is very high. I thought most guys do 200mg.
Of course since you’ve done your research you know that DNP has a cumulative effect which makes it sneaky AF and by the time it builds to the point that it is life-threatening it is damn near impossible to turn it around. Very very dangerous.
I hope it works out for you, but if this log stops abruptly before you finish it I am going to assume it’s because you fried yourself.
Also, IMHO, if you don’t change your lifestyle and earn that low BF% you don’t get to keep it. As soon as you’re no longer able to sustain drastic measures you start putting it back on. The collective you, not you personally.
Being a little bit patient is much safer and more likely to stick.
Good luck.

This is interesting. I hadn’t seen a chart like this before. Which of these numbers is the one that kills you?

Things that kill you with DNP aside from the total media scare tactic of leaving the important bits out of deaths from this decade are over dosing taking 8 pills at 200mg in a day and then playing dumb as in the blonde that had many mental issues as documented or sitting in a spa or drinking and taking ecstacy if taken properly its pretty safe safe as Aspirin that can kill u as well

Ok. I’ll buy that. Most of what is printed in the media about drugs of any kind is total bullshit.
You do seem to know your stuff. I have another legitimate question - maybe you know the answer.
In addition to the commonly known risk of dangerous overheating, from what I’ve read it seems there is a separate risk of some sort of toxicity/poisoning issues. Is this correct?

From what I read the problem is a abundance of free radicals cause the heat kills everything in your liver and stomach enzymes and positive stuff thats why the induction of antioxidants and liver supplements are important for long cycles but I would agree to some effect their could be damage as everything takes a tole efedrin eats your heart from what I read the toxicity is usually after a overdose from what I read the information is limited this like all else should never be a long term yearly thing just a few months only a year if at all

One more question I thought of:
Your plan is to eat clean. A consistent diet presumably will produce a predictable amounting energy that will be turned into heat by the DNP.
Let’s say you lose your shit one day and eat a bunch of garbage. A crate of hamburgers, a forklift full of pizza, a Scrooge Mcduck bin full of M&Ms - whatever floats your boat.
Is the basically unlimited fuel supply going to take the known quantity of DNP in your system and shove it into overdrive? What I mean to say is, could going off your diet put you in a dangerous position?
