      Digestion

What do you guys do to help with digestion ? I literally had to fast today to get my stomach feeling normal again because I have been force feeding myself these last few weeks. My diet is on point and pretty much all clean foods. For some reason here lately I have been feeling like my stomach is gonna explode and I have no appetite.

I usually will eat light foods, drink smoothies etc. I like aloe, coconut water, broths, fish etc

Maybe pick more calorically dense foods to help put you in a calorie surplus if your goal is rapid weight gain. Nuts, avocado, organic whole milk and whole fat Greek yogurt, organic fatty meats and fish, and kefir would be great calorically dense foods that still provide a ton micronutrients beneficial overall better health and are less likely to cause bloat or stomach issues.

TMI but you should be doing #2 once or twice a day. If that’s the issue it’s as simple as more green/ fibrous foods and a fiber supplement. Just giving a suggestion.

Mk677 for appetite if it’s that bad.

But I usually will make sure...
I drink water fist thing in the morning
      Eat breakfast before my coffee
I cut out dairy, grains and processed foods, and whey proteins
