Definitely agree with being careful pinning insulin preworkout. Start low and see how your body handles it and keep a carb drink on you. It sucks to start to feel yourself going hypo. I used humalog which for me has been the absolute best. When I ran slin, hgh, tren, test, and var I got to 245 lbs at about 10-12 % body fat and my lifts were insane (bench 535, deadlift 810, and squat 755). I am actually getting ready to post a full and comprehensive list of everything I was running. From my gear (how much I ran and when i pinned), to the supplements I was taking, stuff for my skin, cycle assist, and even stuff I use for my hair. I am very prone to male pattern baldness and I have been able to run gear and keep my hair as well. I believe I should post it in the progress pics so hopefully ill be doing that soon if you guys are interested. It will be very detailed and I think will help a lot of guys.
