No longer use carb supplements but last one I used was Carbion. HBCDs make sense to me.

Pumps? If I eat ketoish for over a week and then have a big carb day, I can hardly stand the skin stretch and inability to bend my arms after a workout.
I DO run to the locker room to strip off my shirt in front of the mirror though. Lol! Sometimes even impressed with how I look...which is very rare.
