Definitely agree with being careful pinning insulin preworkout. Start low and see how your body handles it and keep a carb drink on you. It sucks to start to feel yourself going hypo. I used humalog which for me has been the absolute best. When I ran slin, hgh, tren, test, and var I got to 245 lbs at about 10-12 % body fat and my lifts were insane (bench 535, deadlift 810, and squat 755). I am actually getting ready to post a full and comprehensive list of everything I was running. From my gear (how much I ran and when i pinned), to the supplements I was taking, stuff for my skin, cycle assist, and even stuff I use for my hair. I am very prone to male pattern baldness and I have been able to run gear and keep my hair as well. I believe I should post it in the progress pics so hopefully ill be doing that soon if you guys are interested. It will be very detailed and I think will help a lot of guys.

No longer use carb supplements but last one I used was Carbion. HBCDs make sense to me.
Pumps? If I eat ketoish for over a week and then have a big carb day, I can hardly stand the skin stretch and inability to bend my arms after a workout.
I DO run to the locker room to strip off my shirt in front of the mirror though. Lol! Sometimes even impressed with how I look...which is very rare.

That’s awesome I never ran slin or growth about to start both. Have you ever pinned slin post workout?

I have pinned slin both pre and post. I have also done slin once in the morning and then later on before training, and also ran it in morning and after working out. I saw the most benefit by pining once in the morning with a big breakfast and once with enough carbs before working out. I saw the most gains in muscle size and also strength.
