I see some guys drink it before or intra? Anybody have experience doing both? Or better yet I’m playing with the idea of running slin for the first time and a lot of guys say slin before the gym and drink karboyln and you have the most insane pump ever

I can attest to the slin and Karbolyn combo. Amazing pumps. I wold take about one and a half, maybe close to two, scoops and pin about 8 units and the pumps are insane. I have also tried Vitargo with slin and had similar results. I do like karbolyn a little better and it does mix much easier. I have also tried gaspari size on and muscle cell tech with slin. Celltech is ok but size on would give me pretty bad stomach cramps.

I use karbolyn or glycofuse depending on what store I’m close to when I need it. I run it intra workout and pin novolin r preworkout.
If you aren’t experienced running slin pre workout, start low, like 4iu and work up a little at a time. It’s easy to go hypo pinning pre workout.

Do you think it’s safer to pin post workout? I want to try it pre for the pump but a lot of people i knee use to pin post workout for the uptake of nutrients. They would avoid fats though? What’s your thoughts on when’s the safest for someone’s first go like myself and what’s most beneficial over all?

I like using all types of carb powders and gainers for various reasons. These are some of the cheaper types, glyco-maize and maltodextrin. I like using unflavored so I can change up the taste.
