Everything on the diet is easy to digest and there are many things not on the diet because they have a tendency to cause digestive issues. Cheese (or yogurt if you prefer) is a compromise because otherwise it’s difficult to get enough dietary calcium.

How do you decide how much fat you think is reasonable?

And sugar? In my version one orange, 8 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice, half a sweet potato and a handful of carrots is all there is. I can’t imagine getting sugar much lower unless you eliminate fruit altogether, which I really don’t think is particularly healthy. But I’m listening.

Nah you're sugar isn't that high. It's just relatively higher than most bodybuilding type nutrition. Considering, most of the bb diets make up for it by high carbs I'm doubting you're getting any where near any more insulin activity than usual frankly probably less due to the low carbs. Sugar is not bad and I guess youd get rid of fruits if you want to get extremely shredded but for health benefits I wouldn't get rid of the fruit.

Talking anout the sugar if I remember the Orange and cranberry juice are to stimulate thyroid function. I have the pdf also but he had a newer version I believe. Mine is 2.0 curious what the difference is. I tried it and felt like I was eating to much even though I have a physical job and lift 4-5 times a week.

You want very low fats when cutting. Slowly take them down. It's honestly not real healthy though. Not good for hormones and brain function
