Well guys i hit a new pr on leg press 540lbs. 6 plates on each side did two sets of 5. The first 5 where really good and clean the second set of 5 wasnt as pretty as the first but this was the second to last workout of leg day due to missing during the week. Feel freaking great to hit that weight.

And i kinda splurged today. Got an 11 oz sirloin medium rare with a loaded baked potatoe, the i got a house salad with eggs tomatoes croutons some cheese, and potatoe skins.
