You know it bro i slacked off a little when i was doing that gig but now ive gotten my self back on track and getting stuff back in line so i get them gains. Think taking the supps will help as well due to having more calories in the shake as well as protein than my old one. As far as meals go i can go back.to eating breakfast which was the the killer part of working id skip due to trying to scramble and get my self out the door for a 30 min drive but no excuses can justify it ya know. Gota stop screwing my self even if it means when im working i gota wake up earlier and make a meal.

Pushing the shit out of my self making gains by 90lbs on some things and some its 45 and some its just 25lbs but id say not bad so far right? Finally hit 130.5 haha just gota keep pushing and pushing.
