So i did a thing today maxed out the tricep press machine at 250lbs, Only got 3 reps in but that was a first, the weight was trying to pick me up hahah. I had to lock my legs under the seat to hold me half ass down. I hit 235 like it was nothing. Felt great. The gains are awesome, the recovery is even better. Eating alot 4 good meals with good snacks (small meals) and drinking two protein shakes a day.

We need to start u on 2 gainer drink a day. Carbs/protein combo. ON and Dymatize make some good ones.
