Ive also went and bought wrist wraps due to the heavy lifting helps out. As well tried going to the store for a back support brace and the wrist wraps that help you with grip but no luck so just ordered those. Stoke when they get in i will feel more comfortable pushing my self harder knowing my backs not gona give out. The grip straps though man they make a world of a difference. Pumped up and ready to really start pushing harder and harder everyday in the gym.

I see you have been very smart and are taking precautions. Nothing wrong with buying a belt, wrist wraps, gloves, lifting shoes{even converse}. Anything that motivates and helps
Your goal!
