Weighed my self this morning 126.8lbs guess working in the heat and shit i lost some weight haha. Great hour and half in the gym this morning. Bench is at 145lbs yea my weakness is my chest. Never really benched so def something ive been working on. Done chest work outs with machines though but it doesnt seem to be the same hahaha

Stick with the free weight lifts! Just got to try and stay consistent with lifting and calories.
