Its clarity brand..... got it locally. Thats about alls i know as that stance. And so lets elaborate specifically when you mean log everything down are talking about just gains? Or what exactly? Ive noticed ive started eating alot more as well im staying hungry all the time.

Yes...mood swings...hunger...anyside effects heartburn... irritability... night sweats...labido...sense of well being etc.... aggression.. jealousy..this isn't necessarily for people that are reading your log it's for you to look back and reflect... anything that you feel is of importance.. and worth noting...gains ..stalls everything...like a journal... what you're eating etc what you're drinking supplements... and feel free to add foodporn pics and progress pics ...its your log run it how you want these are just some of the basics... you should be logging your workout daily...or note rest day...

Thanks. As far as mood goes still the same maybe a little bit more irritable than normal. Breakfast protein bar this morning haha usually eat 4 eggs every morning. I feel better since staring my cycle feel like i have more energy, especially when it comes to the gym. Usually drink my amino acids mixed with my pre workout in the morning before hitting the gym. Drink my protein shake after i get out of the gym 2 scoops of protein powder with 6-8oz of milk. Eat 2 cans of tuna by its self or make a sandwich with it.

I found that its a little harder than usual to fall asleep. It usually takes me an hour or so to pass out lately ill lay there for about an hour and half or 2 before falling asleep
