Im not gona lie big i thought i wasnt gona be able to make it up that damn tower bro its amazing what the human can do it when one pushes them self hard enough.

Ok so im kinda aggravated with my self my chest is my weak point ive never really done benching due to i didnt want ppl to make fun of me talking years ago. So now im working on it right i started off at 135, now at 145. Whats the best way to build the chest. I do butterflys etc more than just benching but when it comes to benching I want to lift more i feel like i can but its like my muscles wont allow me to.. any advice????

Google JM Press, it’s an awesome exercise to build strength. Add it on tricep days.

So i dont think physically i can hit the gym and work. The suns dehydrating me like no other i drink plenty of water too. At least this gigs almost over then i can get back on my routine.

Well no more 370 ft tower woohoo next week i still gota climb towers not sure how high they are yet find out on monday. Hitting the gym tomorrow fuck its gona feel good hitting the gym kinda been missing a few days due to tring to adjust to working out in the heat as well as staying hydrated as quick as i drink the water im sweating it out.
