Going from being off work a month an a half then working in the straight sun for 10 hours with 1 break is kicking my ass haha. But figured out if I drank these vitamin waters they helped out with hydration alot. On top of the water. Hydrating the night before helps alot as well. Been off cycle for a full week feel good, energy has gone down some but not too much feel better when i hit the gym b4 work, helps with the energy levels for sure

Just stick to the Barbell Bench. It’s your bread and butter for overall mass. It just takes time my man!

I’ve only seen Combat in chocolate but I like this one
It has a lot of flavor choices. Cookies and Cream is great. ON Serious Mass and Natures Best Isopure Mass Peanut butter/chocolate..tastes like a Butterfinger!
