Damn good work sir!! Your really getting after that weight gain!! Keep grinding hard NOLA and in time with patients you will find yourself right where you wanna be- just be patient and stay chasing it with the same hunger each and every day...Listen to your body, keep vitals and healthy levels in check by using support supps And another thing that's helped me...I noticed you have weight gainer bro...what I do is make custom gained shakes:2-3 scoops of your mass gainer, 1/2 cup-1cup egg whites, oats, baby rice, PNB or almond butter, cocoa powder, alittle honey and cinnamon and alittle ice... makes a blender full( 2 shaker cups worth) of badass calories/carb/protein dense deliciousness that you can drink postworkout or at times to get extra meal/calories in!! Keep at it brother!!!

Got some dbol, buddy had said he didnt want any more and for me to try it out. So ive been told 1 a day 25mg, and someone else told me 50mg day.... suggestions?

Depends on how many, I like to do 4-6 weeks. So maybe start w 25mg and see how u tolerate.
