I weighed my self as i left the gym. 137.9 so im 2.1 lbs shy of 140lbs and man i feel great seriously guys ive pushed through my work out for 2 hours just pushing it until the point of fatigue and throwing weight around like it was nothing. Will start logging weight wise with gains on that reps as well. Fucking pumped guys.
