On the rower went from 45lb to 90lb as well i know it may not seem like much but been taking my girl with me to the gym she decided to hop on board so. And then that last piece of equipment i hit 205lbs. Just was seeing what i could while i waited for my girl to get done on the ab machine. 4 sets 10 reps. Did the cable pull where you pull it to your forehead 115lbs. The ab machine was like a crunch hit 145lbs
