So the quest begins to hit 160lbs ive started eating alot more proteins and carbs as well hitting the gym. Week 1 ive gained 2.5lbs and in week 2 ive gained about 2.4lbs. With week 3 i will log what i can currently lift with every exercise i do and log that in by the end of the week. Thanks for the support and info.

Cycle- 250 mg 1cc test e, 250 mg 1cc tren e. Twice a week. Eating a alot of proteins and carbs dieting. I take BSN syntha 6 protein supplement and BSN pre workout, with micro batch iso-eaa ammino acids
