The Oak Burger!
2 - 1/4lb AMERICAN Kobe beef burgers (organic)
Flatten to expand to about 6" wide.
Add 1/4 tsp Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
Add 1/4 tsp minced onion
To the top of bottom patty.
Expand and top with 2nd 1/4lb patty
(Seaonings are now in the middle of the 2 patties)
Press together gingerly.
Top 2nd patty with finely ground black pepper and LongHorn Steakhouse Seasoning to taste.
Pre-heat oven to 400 deg.
Place burger in cast iron pan!
Bake for 8 min & flip
Bake for 8 min & flip again
Bake final step for 6min.
Remove from oven.
Apply 1 slice of Cooper Sharp AMERICAN cheese and let melt.
Put on Brioche roll and top with Spring mix!

Its American Kobe... Same breed but raised here in the U.S. .... Giant Food Store or in other States ... Martin's Grocery Stores. North East U.S.

Definitely copied that recipe!! Texas raises a lot of Kobe. I see it for sale when I look online to buy in bulk!!
