      Meal prep

I’m working with a gentleman named Sherk and he’s set me up on a diet for losing BF. Anyone have great ideas for quicker ways to meal prep?

Nothing quick about it. Easiest way for me to cook chicken is by baking it in an oven bag. I trim all the fat off and use fat free Italian dressing to help marinate it some. Its dry, but Idc. It's easy lol. You could use a crock pot

You can also bake sweet potatoes in the oven at the same time. I know burger and eggs can last a week if cooked up in advanced.

If money is no object, there are a lot of companies that offer this service. I think on average it's $8-$10 a meal

I use a cast iron grill pan and lightly spray with oil. Bought 15 lbs of chicken breasts at Costco for about 75$. Only need to cook it all in one day then the rest of the week just reheat in the microwave.

I thought about buying an outside grill but this was much cheaper and easier to do the pan was only 20$.

A good rice cooker and a gas/charcoal bbq. Two most used items in my house. If I was in a dorm or apartment that I could not bbq, I’d use, rice cooker and an indoor George Foreman type grill, also an induction plate is pretty cool for boiling, sauté, etc.

I’m with RussianBot, I use / own 2 power cookers, 1 with rice 1 with chicken. You can do bulk meals in under an hour.
