MRS BGT !!!
Feel free to enlighten me on the process
I know i AM GONNA have to spend some money to buy materials but i WANNA make like pounds of this stuff
iT IS SO much better than snacking on shitty food -- i would rather have bags of this stuff sitting around to eat at me leisure

No materials needed really. I do mine in the oven at 200... Takes several hours but dont need to buy a dehydrator. I use Ny strip and pink hymalaya salt. Super easy brother.
1. Pre-heat oven to 200-225
2. Get 2 cookie sheets
3. Put a coating of salt evenly across the whole tray (each)
4. Use a very sharp butcher knife and sheer off slices of beef approx 1/8th to 1/4" inch thick (depending on how you like it.
5. Lay the strips of beef on the salted tray with at least 1/2 inch between them.
6. Cover the strips with salt.
7. Bake for about an hour and flip.
(For the first hour or so you will see juices coming from the meat, the excess salt on the tray bewteen strips will soak it up and help it evaporate)
After 2 hours. Flip them every 30min until you see no juice coming out, and only dried up juice left on the tray.
Remove the trays and put all the strips on papertowels. Let cool for about 30 min. Put all of it in a paper bag and shake the shit out of it for about 90 secs (this removes all the excess salt).
Eat.

The recipe i gave you is for plain. You can season the beef if you want and do the same steps. You can also soak it in soy sauce prior to the process for a teriyaki-type flavor!

They say you can use an air fryer. I always made my deer jerky in the oven. Very low temp with a pencil in the door to keep it cracked. Idk why, just how my granddad showed me lol.
Worcestershire sauce
Crushed red pepper
Salt
That's all I've ever used and it's
