I have found making sure you get enough fiber ( for reg bowel movements) and more water to help with the sodium I can see a difference. But I myself am still working on this whole gallon a day. Idk how people do that with all the food.

Crystal light fruit punch or sugar free grapefrHawaiian Punch . They are my go too. I can pound a half galling in few hrs.. I make it only a little set but it is still like drinking candy water. Also I use the 32oz Dasani bottles. They hold up well with multiple uses and it empty’s fast so it’s not like drinking a bottomless gallon bottle. This works for me. If I can get at least 2 down before I train I will get one down when I train and another before I go to bed . On a good day I will get 5 altogether...
