Extra cardio seperate to your weights on an empty stomach
Then wait an hour before food
      Difficult to do if bulking
Some people want to cheat and try Clenbuterol but be warned that you can do irreversible damage if you makea mistake.

Everyone say cardio cardio cardio. Yes that’s tru. It calories alway make the difference. When I gain weight it’s alway in my gut and love handles. And it the last place to get it to come off.. especially if I am in a growing phase. My stomach gets distended from all the food and looks huge.

Yes I've done several cycles to which I have gained a lot of muscle and size. Unfortunately that comes with an extended gut and fat deposits.

I'm 34 years old, my training is somewhat inconsistent as a result of work and other life demands and a more than less misguided.

I have test prep, npp, Masterson prep, EQ, tren, halotest, sustanon with with Letro, a-DeX, aromasin, clomid etc.

Everytime I cycle and restore some semblance of consistency with my workouts I get huge and look incredible, but the gut is a problem. I want a smaller stomach and less body fat with big chest and arms. I think I sont diet and eat well as well and I need some structure. Any advice and recommendations are welcomed.

Yep I can be leaning everywhere but my tummy is always the trouble. Idk if it expands easier due to having 3 kids. It seems my stomach is like let's get lax. We know how far we can stretch Losing the gut.

I have found making sure you get enough fiber ( for reg bowel movements) and more water to help with the sodium I can see a difference. But I myself am still working on this whole gallon a day. Idk how people do that with all the food. Losing the gut

Yes. Eating so much and drinking water and the heartburn etc., really messed me up. I can eat—i can bulk, no problem, but that gut, or leaning out is annoying and frustrating.

I work graveyard 5 days a week, so it's hard for me to get proper sleep and working without the lethargy and fatigue. So, I implemented ipamorellin and so far it's been wonderful and I'm getting the much needed sleep. My meals (due to circumstances) have been reduced to 2a day (3 if lucky). No means later than 6pm.

      I need a regimen.

I'd suggest doing vacuums and these lat pull down vacuums right away. It's not going to make you lose any body fat....it's more like better posture for your abs. With the vacuums, I do 3 days a week 3 sets of holding for as long as possible. Once you get get to 3 sets of 20 seconds, then start adding 10 seconds every week, up to a minute. Its best if you bodyfat is low, but even if it's not, I think it will help with the posture aspect. I feel like these made all the difference for me after being stupid about trying to gain as much weight as possible.

In my opinion my diet is 90% shit. I've managed to only eat 2 meals a day for the past 3 weeks. Mostly grilled chicken salads with rice beans and chicken.
