      My plate

      Got the MyPlate app 4 weeks ago. It’s free and you log in all your foods and set calorie goals. It has helped me so much to keep track. I have it set to 3700 calories which for ny body type it’s 2 pound of week weight gain. You can find every food in it and calories. Highly recommend it to people who have trouble eating. I slacked one day then looked at app said I had 1800 more calories to go at 8pm. I was up until two to get my goal. Better to stay on track all day
