Cutting Food Costs
Hey brothers! The wife and I am on a super tight budget like I know some of you are. I’ve been using an app called “Ibotta” basically it gives you coupons for what you buy every day. I save about 10% a month. Just right now they have coupons for protein powder, Dave’s killer bread, Greek yogurt, rice, chicken breast, etc etc
I’m about to make a trip to Sam’s to stock up on meat by redeeming my cash back. Takes a little time but if your food budget is tight it definitely helps!
Look it up and if you decide to download it put in my code kglbggb

Here's the best bang for your buck. Instead of fishing for coupon codes, go hunting. Clean meat that's super cheap if you process yourself. Hell, go fishing and invest in a food saver.

Yeah I eat over 100lbs of deer a year, have 40 chickens etc. and I totally agree, but I still have to buy some stuff. Lol I’ve been processing game since I was 8. I just thought this app might help a couple bros in my position where the grocery budget is tight for whatever reason.

I don’t do much fishing though. I’d starve to death if I had to survive on my fishing skills lol

That’s awesome, I’d love to raise my own beef, our property won’t work for livestock unfortunately. What’s your cost per pound work out to be?

I love the NZ beef and lamb. Not to pricey when bought in bulk. Venison and Elk are my favorites

I used to live where I could hunt elk and it’s hands down the best meat in my opinion. Deer sausage is the bomb though. I make 4-5 varieties of sausage. It’s awesome because I can eat sausage with a 90/10 fat breakdown
