8:30 salad.
9:00 workout
Decided I like Cory G's squat everyday theory so I'm gonna incorporate a squat to every work out but only heavy on leg day. Today I did a light 3set squat followed by chest. Got 285 on bench. PR is 290 I set 2.5-3 years ago. Was happy to see I'm almost back to it.
GNC wheybolic banana is disgusting but it was free and free is good so I'ma suck it up.

Fuck yeah my gym is awesome and its like 7 minutes from my house. Only issue is 1 dedicated bench. If it's taken gotta bench in one of the racks. They do powerlifting meets there and have a few bodybuilding competitors there that do really well. Definitely no lunk alarms

So I was a little shaky before the gym tonight so I got a small thing of Cheez-Its to see if they helped any. The shaky feeling subsided rather quickly surprisingly. Got 350lbs on squat tonight. Trying to see where my max is for the big 3 this week's. Reads on Friday. Rule 1 white chocolate raspberry protein before bed. Back at it tomorrow.

Today was weigh in day. I've done very good withy diet this week. Was craving pizza so I gave the cauliflower crust pizza from a local shop a try. Wasn't bad I must say. Other than that I've done great. I'm down almost 11lbs and I've kept my strength up so far. 405 deadlift, 350 squat, 285 bench are all PRs or close to them. I know I can't expect to drop 11lbs every week by it was a good start.
