One more thing. I pinned 1/2ml Friday morning in my quad. Still sore today(Sunday). Not swollen and not a lump just feels bruised. Just feels bruised and a little sore to walk or flex quad. Hopefully it goes away soon.

I was wonder about those cauliflower crust pizzas! Probably easy to make after pulsing you the cauliflower in the food processor. I’m gonna try and make one homeade.

Looks just like real deal pizza! I am gonna mess around with some recipes just to see. It would be great w buffalo mozzarella and Homeade Italian sausage!

I definitely love to cook! I pretty much eat the same things 90% of the time but, I do cool a lot for everyone else and when I cheat, I make the food too! It’s so much better than a restaurant. I’d make you fat! Lol

So diets been off. Can't afford to but things for me and things for the kids so I gotta try and just watch my intake. Been holding steady at 247-250. Good news is I hit a PR on deadlift last night with 425 and almost hit 300 on bench Monday. Gotta keep after it.
