Weight is back up to 255. Been super bad on my diet. Strength is up tho. 300x1 on bench this morning rather easy. I really need to get back on the meal prep train. After Xmas is my goal when I have a little more money to get food. In the meantime I'm gonna try and do smaller portions

Dont wait till after xmas.
Eat chicken n rice
Tinned tuna and rice etc
Keep on smashing plates and a little fasted cardio
Reward yourself at xmas with a day of eating whatever you want
You can do it

I like that Matty! Hell, I bought a $55 stationary bike and put it in front of my TV in a tiny studio. I would do cardio everyday. I started at 30min a day and just kept increasing it until I was watching 1:30- 2hr movies after work. I was eating ramen and turkey dogs because I was broke but I will tell ya; I got shredded and lost a ton of body fat. I did my workout at the kids neighborhood park; pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, dips, and abs.

If you can stop eating for taste you can do it cheap. I live on chicken breast, rice, egg whites for the most part. Occasionally some deli meat and reduced fat triscuits.
Eating healthy is expensive. Eating healthy and having it always taste good is outright cost prohibitive.

Exactly i walked fast pace while fasted for 1 hour each morning and waited 1 hour after before eating and lost heaps of weight
If you really want it, you will succeed
You can do it cheap as others have said
