First I'd like to say I'm glad we're back up and running. This is going to be my ongoing log to try and hold myself accountable. Im not looking to be 5% body fat but I'd like to see abs and the Mrs wants me to have the "V" line.

I just finished off my Test C from a sponsor not here anymore and getting ready to start my Test C from Flex-Tech. Running 125mg Friday mornings and 125mg Monday night and half a Cialis every morning. I have some winny, var, proviron, and supernova to add in later.

My diet is gonna be low carb. I lost 60-70lbs doing that a few years ago but slacked on my diet and training and gained 40lbs back.

Training is up in the air. Trying to figure out a good routine for me and something the wife can follow too when she's back from her spinal cord implant.

So there's that. Starting weight is 258 let's go.
