Today was weigh in day. I've done very good withy diet this week. Was craving pizza so I gave the cauliflower crust pizza from a local shop a try. Wasn't bad I must say. Other than that I've done great. I'm down almost 11lbs and I've kept my strength up so far. 405 deadlift, 350 squat, 285 bench are all PRs or close to them. I know I can't expect to drop 11lbs every week by it was a good start.
