If your looking to drop some BF I'd consider going lower on the carbs, and be sure the fats are coming from sources like avacado, almonds, olive/coconut oils. Perhaps carb cycling would be a good option, this coupled with a good cardio regiment will produce some good results. Buy be prepared for a drop in your energy level.
When I'm maintaining I'm using percentages closer to 40-40-20 split, and bulking my carbs will be higher then my protein.
^^^Carb cycling would be a great choice....
There are some books about dieting in the library as well.
Ultimate Diet 2.0 is very good to learn about losing weight.
